Not a recommendation list. This is what is currently installed and in use, which is a more honest thing to publish. Two notes on the choices that were not obvious: I distribute Rust binaries through npm because that is where the audience already is, and I keep almost everything on Cloudflare because with several small live products the binding constraint is operating cost per product, not raw capability.
